Returns Policy
At Poolequipmentwholesale.com.au, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- The refund will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item from our warehouse, please follow these steps:
- Email us at sales@poolequipmentwholesale.com.au
- We will send the correct item along with a return label.
- Use the provided return label to send the incorrect item back to us via your nearest Post Office. This will be done at our cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
